There are three areas available for hire
- Main Gym - with or without kitchen Capacity Theatre seating 600
- Meeting Room 1 (Downstairs) - includes full kitchen Capacity 40 Capacity sliders open 80
- Meeting Room 2 (Upstairs) - limited kitchen Capacity 39
Long Term Rental:
Main Gym $25 per hour
Main Gym with kitchen $30 per hour
Meeting Room 1 $80 Full day (8.00am-6.00pm)
$60 Half day ( 4-5 hours)
$25 Evening Meeting
With kitchen $10 extra per hire
Meeting Room 2 $60 Full day (8.00am-6.00pm)
$30 Half day (4-5 hours)
$20 Evening Meeting
Both Meeting Rooms $120 per day
Casual Rental:
Main Gym with/without kitchen $50 per hour
Meeting Rooms as above
Parties involving alcohol:
Rental of Downstairs $250 ( Upstairs additional $50 )
Bond $1000 payable in advance and banked.
(Non-alcoholic Parties $ 500 payable in advance and banked)
Security guard ½ hour before to ½ hour after event at full cost to hirer (Proof of booking required).
Notification to Police Booking Officers discretion.
Event must finish by 12.30am.
School Fundraising events:
$30 per day plus cleaning.
Registered Charities Fundraising events:
50% discount on current rates at booking Officers discretion.
School Holiday Programme:
Approx 8am – 5pm. Full use of Facility. $200 per day.
Non refundable deposit of 20% of total cost is required to secure booking.
We also now have six stand alone screens for hire at $25 per hire, for all six.
